At Doreen Hair, each unit is carefully sourced and prepared specifically for our customers. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final.


We do not accept:

  • Refunds
  • Exchanges
  • Cancellations once an order has been confirmed or processed


Please ensure that you have selected the correct unit, length, texture, and lace option before placing your order.


In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide clear photos and/or videos of the issue so that our team can assess and assist you accordingly.


Items that have been worn, customized, washed, brushed, styled, altered, or tampered with in any way will not be eligible for review.
